Founded in 2015, Luminis Partners has an exclusive strategic partnership with global NYSE listed advisory firm Evercore to service respective clients, leveraging the deep experience across our firms on a global scale. Evercore holds a significant minority shareholding in the business and its President sits on our Board.

Unlike integrated banks – we do not underwrite nor distribute equities, publish research, issue debt nor make principal investments – our relationships with investing institutions are solely in the context of advocating for our corporate clients. Our partners have over 100 years of collective experience, advising on some of the most complex and innovative transactions in Australasia’s corporate history. Ron Malek is a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel and Simon Mordant was former Deputy President of the Australian Takeovers Panel, further reinforcing our unique experience. In any client relationship, we pledge to always provide two partners to each assignment and will not delegate down team leadership.
